Mum of 2, nutrition coach & lover of good food. I've been caught up in fad diets, overtraining & feeling guilty about food. I learned that not only is it unsustainable, it can negatively impact your overall health and wellbeing. Balance, consistency and progress over perfection is what really works.

Becoming a mum really turned my attention to focussing more on how I feel, eating more nourishing wholefoods & finding ways to stay active that fit real life, not just hitting the gym.
