Online Initial Nutrition Consult
$130 (1 hour)
Review of your current health, lifestyle and dietary assessment. We will discuss your goals and establish a plan to improve your overall health and wellbeing. You may be recommended nutritional supplements if necessary (not included in the price). Prior to your appointment you will be required to complete a detailed questionnaire and food diary to ensure we optimise our time together. Suited for those who are looking for some guidance to get back on track with your diet.
$70 (30 minutes)
Available for existing clients to review progress & make any required adjustments to your plan. Generally recommended for 2-4 weeks after your initial consult.

This type of coaching is for you if you need lots of support & prefer to stick to a more structured plan. All the thinking has been done for you with weekly meal plans & shopping lists to help save time and money.
