1. What services do you offer?
I provide 2 different types of coaching. Online consultations - initial & follow-up (think of clinic type consults) OR personalised 10-week coaching programs with weekly check-ins and continued support.

2. Do I need to commit to a program?
Short answer no. You can book in for an initial consult with no ongoing commitment. Coaching programs however run for 10 weeks. This timeframe allows us to assess your needs, support you through real lifestyle changes and give you the accountability needed to make lasting progress.

3. Can I book a one-off session instead?
Yes, one-off sessions are available if you’d like to get a taste of my approach or need quick guidance.

4. How do online consultations work?
We meet via secure video call. You’ll receive a link ahead of time and can join from the comfort of your own home! All you need is a stable internet connection. You will be required to complete an intake form prior to our session to ensure we maximise the time we have together.

5. Do you offer in-person sessions?
Potentially! Depending on your location, we may be able to arrange face-to-face consultations. Please get in touch to check availability.

6. What’s included in the 10-week program?
Initial consultation & goal setting. A personalised nutrition plan and meal ideas. Weekly check-ins (online or in-person, if available). Progress tracking and ongoing support. Adjustments to your plan as needed.

7. Do you provide meal plans?
Yes. If you choose the meal pan package I create tailored meal plans that take into account your lifestyle, preferences, and goals, whether that’s weight management, improved energy or better overall wellbeing.

8. What if I have dietary restrictions?
No problem! I customise all recommendations to suit allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle choices (vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
